Presence

 

The ability to view the status of colleagues or other users ('Presence') is pure gain in time because it prevents unnecessary transfer or voicemail messages. It makes it easier to work with flex workers. If the user needs silence or rest because he has to finish a project, then there is the possibility to adjust his status to, for example, "Do Not Disturb"


Fax & Voicemail


Incoming faxes are converted to a PDF file and forwarded to end users by e-mail, without the need for any software. Voicemail messages are also converted to audio files and forwarded by e-mail.
